The right people can't work with you if they don't know you exist — or if your follow-up lets them slip away.
About
Hi, I'm Hannah.
My name is Hannah, and I live right here in Pollock Pines, El Dorado County. So when I say I'm building this for agents in this area, I mean it literally. This is my community, these are my neighbours, and I have a front row seat to how hard the agents here work.
My husband works alongside a local real estate agent and stager, and I've watched up close just how relentlessly busy these professionals are. Always on the phone, always juggling ten things, rarely with enough hours in the day to follow up with every lead the way they deserve to. His boss is brilliant at what she does and she still can't catch every lead in time. That's not a talent problem. That's a capacity problem. And I knew there had to be a better way.
Turns out, there is.
I've always been equal parts people and systems. I managed CRM operations for a hotel, where the complexity was genuinely next level, and I ran the back office for a financial advisor, which taught me that the difference between a thriving business and a struggling one almost always comes down to what's happening underneath the hood. I've always been the person who looks at a repetitive task and immediately starts thinking about how to eliminate it. I actually started the process of getting my real estate license at one point, so I understand the industry from the inside too, not just the systems side.
When AI automation started making it possible to build genuinely intelligent follow-up systems, content workflows, and lead qualification tools without a team of developers, I was completely hooked. I've trained in AI workflows, Claude automation, and n8n integrations, and I built Visibility AI to serve real estate agents, brokerages, and title companies from El Dorado County all the way to the Bay Area and San Francisco, because every market deserves agents who never lose a lead to slow follow-up again.
And then there's the personal side, because I think it matters.
I'm a mom of six. I homeschool my kids. I am building this business from the ground up, around school days, camping trips, and the beautiful chaos of a big family. If anyone understands what it means to have more to do than hours in the day, it's me. Which means I also understand, deeply and personally, what it feels like when the right system saves you. When something just runs, without you having to think about it, and you get that time back to focus on what actually matters.
That's what I want to give you.
I'm not here to sell you software you'll never use or set up a system and disappear. I'm here as your AI partner, someone who builds it, maintains it, optimises it, and genuinely cares whether it's working for your business. I have connections throughout El Dorado County and I'm growing my reach all the way through to the Bay Area, because good agents everywhere deserve systems that work as hard as they do.
When your pipeline is full, your follow-up is handled, and your content is showing up consistently, you get to just be a great agent. That's the whole point.
My mission
To help agents stay visible, build trust, and become impossible to ignore — without sacrificing what matters most.
What we believe
The right people can't work with you if they don't know you exist — or if your follow-up lets them slip away.
People choose agents they know, like, and trust. Fast, consistent follow-up builds trust before the first conversation.
Leads go cold in minutes. A system that responds instantly keeps you in the game every time.
Results come from execution, not information. A built system runs whether you're busy or not.
